ZUS Coffee, a local coffee chain, aimed to create consistent recognition and awareness as it rapidly expanded its new menu options throughout 2022 and 2023.

The challenge was to gather the interest of media outlets and their audiences by highlighting the originality and relevance of the brand, ensuring more engagement within the crowded coffee market, and handling crisis management alongside multiple events.

To make the product’s quality stand out, Elliot & Co created marketing efforts promoting ZUS Coffee’s various new menu items. This was paired with highly organized and effective internal management during the campaigns to connect with local consumers.

The results were outstanding: through press releases, we accumulated more attention from new customers and secured coverage from all media platforms. We achieved 54 pieces of coverage, a PR value of RM600,000, and 74 million impressions.
