Founded in 2016 by former prison custodians Melvin Lim and Adrian Lim after over a decade of property experience, PropertyLimBrothers (PLB) was the first to pioneer presenter-styled home tour videos in Singapore – their aim was to gain visibility for their brand and establish brand presence in the Singapore market.
