About the role:
We are looking for our next Public Relations intern — a self-motivated and resourceful individual with a keen interest in PR, communications, and the media industry. If you're enthusiastic about storytelling, enjoy keeping up with trends, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a chance to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of public relations and digital communications.
You'll be part of a collaborative team, supporting client accounts, media activities, and digital campaigns — while getting exposure to real-world PR strategies and agency life.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct media monitoring and reporting, keeping track of client and industry coverage
- Develop and maintain media lists, and help identify/facilitate media opportunities
- Support consultants in day-to-day account execution, including client PR plans and strategies
- Assist with client events and activations when required
- Create and curate engaging content for the agency’s social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Contribute ideas to creative campaign strategies for digital and PR initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Strong writing and communication skills; copywriting experience is a plus
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design; prior experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is advantageous
- Curious, resourceful, and proactive — you’re not afraid to take initiative
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Description
- Evaluate and establish public relations strategy and plans
- Preparing press releases, keynote speeches, promotional material & coordinating client's prints, broadcast, and new media & advertising campaigns
- Manage clients' timelines and deliverables to ensure project activities are executed in accordance with established contract requirements, budgets, and schedules to achieve quality and timely deliverables
- Building positive relationships with stakeholders, media, and the public
- Lead project implementation, including planning, coordinating, and executing the client's public relations to promote a positive image
- Manage client relationships by providing forward planning, issue resolution, and expectation management
- Leverage AI-driven PR and media monitoring tools to optimize campaign performance and enhance media outreach.
Qualifications
- Press Releases and Media Relations
- Communication and Public Relations skills
- Strategic Communications expertise
- Experience in crisis management and spokesperson training. Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Knowledge of the financial industry and IR practices
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum requirement of 3 years in the PR field
