About The Role:

We are looking for a partnerships superstar who can manage our fast-growing client base. If you enjoy meeting business owners and chasing sales targets, this could be a suitable role for you! We also expect a strong self-starter who can work in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment.

You will be at the forefront of this incredible time for Elliot & Co., elevating Elliot’s and our client’s growth. If successful, you will shadow our Partnerships Manager, before running the ground.

 

Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation

  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
  • Development of new accounts to achieve revenue targets for the company and division

Lead Qualification & Generation

  • Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

Nurturing Prospects

  • Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with stakeholders to influence and achieve business goals
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Developing proposals through PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products

Closing Leads

  • Preparation of service agreements for clients, ensuring detail and accuracy
  • Facilitation of client payment through administration & handover toward the PR team

Reporting/Networking

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Developing monthly marketing reports regarding sales performance and business analysis

Relevant Experience

  • 2 or more years of experience in sales and business development-related roles
  • Familiarity with the sales landscape in Singapore, ideally for SMEs & start-ups
  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm or equivalent
